  3. We post news and information on XS4ALL in the xs4all.announce newsgroup.  Special notices and urgent messages will be presented in the message of the day (motd) which come up just after your login.

  5. Questions about accounts, fees, and payments should be sent to 
  6. account@xs4all.nl. You can use either English or Dutch language. Please 
  7. refer to any of your previous e-mail correspondence when asking about any 
  8. subject, and use a separate e-mail for each subject. 
  9.  
  10. Mail to‚Ķ account@xs4all.nl for: 
  11.  
  12. Changing your home address and/or phone number.
  13. Questions about your invoice.
  14. Requesting more disk space.
  15. Requesting a fixed IP number for SLIP/PPP. 
  16. Requesting to add UUCP to your account.
  17. Closing or temporarily suspending your account. 
  18. Suggestions or proposals on a financial subject. 
  19. Other financial information and questions.

  21. Please don‚Äôt post e-mail to account@xs4all.nl for technical questions (e-mail them to ‚Äòhelpdesk@xs4all.nl‚Äô) and don‚Äôt send questions about administrative matters to other accounts or personally to our XS4ALL staff members.
